There are a great many forms of mediation emanating from our spiritual traditions and it is widely recognised that meditation helps to:

  • calm the mind
  • provide relaxation
  • provide focus and meaning in life
  • improve general health and even some medical conditions.

Simply put, meditation is being present with an undivided mind. How meditation is helpful, is that by being present with a still mind, it is possible to observe the root cause of illness or discomfort.
