Yoga is perhaps the oldest science

As we know not how long we have been walking the earth, it seems reasonable to presume that like us modem people, mankind has always had a healthy self interest.

It is out of this self interest, self observation and study that the systems of the human body, mind and consciousness were mapped out, and yoga exercises developed for strength and fitness, health and healing. 

Yoga is a progressive science, within the science of Hatha Yoga, which is generally considered to be more about the physical body, the findings of modern anatomy and physiology have been incorporated into the exercise programs to increase their effectiveness.

Briefly put, yoga is a system of systems which when applied, creates better health, fitness, power of mind and concentration and provides ways to be more effective in life.

Yoga works to improve primary health and fitness, and it helps to harness the powers of the mind.

Yoga is an internationally renowned and respected discipline and it is the companion to Ayurveda.

Many physiotherapies, pilates, and exercise systems have been adapted from yoga exercise.
