The Marriage of Children

A crime against humanity

Marriage is a global institution and if we step back into history there was a natural pairing off mostly between young men and women as they reached a balance of physical and mental maturity that enabled them to live happily and raise a family.

It is probable that there has always been some deviant or criminal behaviour within tribal groups but more so in the field of conquest. But the majority of the world’s population who had achieved a sense of balance and purpose in life would instinctively know when the time for marriage was right and this time was defined as when the girl is capable of bearing children and caring for them.

Vicious / Virtuous Circles

Learned behavioural habits

A vicious circle is a chain of events, in which the response to a difficulty creates a new problem that aggravates that original difficulty. The virtuous circles do just the opposite. The response to an occurrence creates a positive result that improves the whole situation; and as it repeats, the whole thing becomes better and better.

The fundamental reality is that some people just seem to go up; their timing is excellent, the right people and the right things come their way, they are surrounded by smiling people who love them, and they even maintain abundant good health. Life for them, and the people they influence, just gets better and better. However, some other people, who grow

Education Is Failing Us

Acquiring the tools for living

In a more perfect world education would be about sharing and learning about life and all its processes, it would be about becoming a responsible human being in an intelligent civilisation. However as we are governed by ignorance and strength, learning has degraded into learning how to survive in a corrupted world.

Our modern education system is a corrupted version of an ancient Hindu system that taught children how to live in harmony with life which is why before the arrival of Islam and colonialism, it was the world’s most advanced civilisation that had no need to go to war and yet had some capacity to defend itself although there was probably no Hindu who

What is The Divine Feminine?

The gateway and the universe

Some argue that beliefs of women being divine and givers of life are pagan and erroneous, yet without our mothers we do not exist. Instead of believing, our ancient ancestors understood that without the sun there could be no life on earth and without the earth, we could not exist here.

Therefore the sun was seen as the father and the earth as the mother because life comes through the substance of the earth that is powered by the energy of the sun. Another understanding is that everything physical is feminine in nature while space which has no apparent physicality is seen as masculine. This is because our spacious universe holds the physical in place

Hard Times

When economies fall, women sell their bodies for cash

The development of the modern economy began thousands of years ago which gave rise to slavery and prostitution as we came to know it. With the development of agriculture men developed unhealthy desires for the fruit of labour and the joy of pleasure without earning it themselves.

They rated neighbouring lands bringing it back strong men to do the physical work and women for sex. Over these thousands of years, little has changed only the methodology governing the acquisition and control of slaves for any purpose has modernised.

Traditionally in countries without social welfare, the poor have been disposed of or conscripted into another service as soldiers or comfort women. As

Seeking Heaven - Seeking Pleasure

Reward for service or escapism

Sometimes we wish life could be more heavenly. but what is heaven and where do we find it? Across the Middle East during a time of growing desertification, Heaven was most often described as an idyllic paradise with lush gardens, an abundance of food and no responsibility, all one’s needs are taken care of.

If we look at the temple Art from north-west India across North Africa, it depicts this idyllic heaven as something akin to the mythical hanging Gardens of Babylon. So perhaps we can say that this was in response to harsh living conditions and indeed those with means either created their own miniature paradise or spread and conquered other lands.

Are The Roots of Crime Biological?

A New Scientist Best Book of 2013. Winner of The Athenaeum of Philadelphia’s Annual Literary Award. Why do some kids from good environments become mass murderers? Is there actually such a thing as a natural born killer?

There are many theories about what makes people behave the way they do, but it comes down to a full belly, a stable family life and peace.

Adrian Raine, a pioneering neurocriminologist introduces the latest biological research into the causes of–and potential cures for–criminal behaviour. A few successful tests show that this approach can, indeed, work. On the island of Mauritius, for example, Raine and his colleagues provided extra nutrition, exercise and intellectual

Demeaning Women

Past time for change

The place of women in Catholicism and Islam has always been very explicit, that is to be mothers and doormats for the men, to be hidden out of sight and if they dare to stray from this path, they are punished. In light of our supposed civilisation, it’s a source of shame that we still give special privileges to these religious groups and continue to demean women.

We are not sure when patriarchy began but it was probably one day when some man was in a bad mood, maybe he stubbed his toe, maybe he was sad and depressed for some reason and blamed his mother for bringing him into the world. There no way

The Rise of Paedophilia

And crimes against our children

All to frequently we hear news stories of children being bludgeoned to death by their parents, forgotten and dying of heatstroke and exhaustion when locked in cars. We also hear of the paedophilia gangs and the owners of child porn websites being busted by law enforcement agencies.

In addition to the general utility and sex crimes committed against children, huge numbers are kidnapped and sold into slavery with the have no rights or freedoms. All around the world it’s estimated that every year, tens of millions of children suffer as a result of adult abuse and brutality.

Within Islam, paedophilia is legal and normalised, but the problem has increased in non-Islamic countries to the

The Karma of Technology

Will we pay a price for our pleasure and conveniences?

In most families, children are taught and encouraged to do their share to help maintain families and communities. This is natural and they can take pride in their contribution. But in the situation that has become more prevalent in the modern world is that children are being forced into lives of hard labour to help maintain adults who should know better in lives of privilege.

This is one of the darker sides of capitalism where in the case of mining, minerals are taken/stolen from the earth and much of the labour is performed by children were often paid so little that they remain perpetually malnourished and are constantly abused.
