Do you want to Live Longer?

Published on 28 Nov 2017 updated June 11 2018 I have written previously on the philosophy of longevity, but here I write about the practical and necessary steps to follow for a longer life. These steps require that you take a degree of self responsibility and decide for yourself how your life is going to play out rather than let it be shaped by others. If you are able to become responsible for yourself and determine your own actions, you will in fact be the boss of your own life with some control as to the how and when of ending.

All living things in this existence must come to an end and

Cafe meal

We live in a very high-pressure world and we need to perform at our best in order to succeed. However this pressure means that we often take short-cuts without diet and lifestyle. In a perfect world, we could sit for an hour or more and enjoy a quality meal with friends and even a glass of wine.

Exotic juice

Please do not confuse juices with purée!!

Juices are extracted from the fruit or vegetable, and all the pulp or fibre is discarded so you drink a large quantity of refined nutrition without the bulky fibre to support it. Purée contains the entire fruit or veggie and is the healthier option.

Extracted fruit and juices contain high levels of sugar and even when made from fresh organic fruits or veggies, they should be used sparingly. Commercial fruit and veggie juices are usually made from reconstituted juice containing high levels of sugar, and they may also contain potentially harmful additives that are used to enhance the flavour or act as preservatives.
