Screw your life and you get sick
Literally, this is true, in order to remain healthy and live a happy life, we need to conform our lives to the actual needs of our bodies and not the desires of the mind.
Sweet and deadly
Most of us have grown up to love sweet things even though it’s impossible to eat sugar by itself. But now in this new age of information, the advertisers and the corporations they represent encourage us to consume as much sugar as possible but on the other hand modern medicine is saying that sugar makes us fat, rots teeth, causes diabetes, heart disease and cancers.
What to believe?
In the early history of European sugar consumption, sugary foods and drinks became the new fad but sugar also fuelled industry or should we say trade and corporate greed? The plantations that grew sugar for European consumption were located in the Caribbean. The trading

A Clean House Is a Sign of a Wasted Life
Some say a clean house defines a woman and even a relationship which is nonsense, yet it takes time that could be spent more productively hence the use of servants by the more affluent and now some robots.
Remember … a layer of dust protects the Wood beneath it, yet dust, dirt and grime are breeding grounds for pathogens that can toughen us up or kill us – the choice is ours.
‘A house becomes a home when you can write ‘I love you’ on the furniture.’
I used to spend at least 8 hours every weekend making sure things were just perfect – ‘in case someone came over’.

Can we impose peace via any religion or man made ideology’s?
May all beings everywhere plagued with sufferings of body and mind quickly be freed from their illnesses. May those frightened cease to be afraid, and may those bound be free. May the powerless find power, and may people think of befriending one another. May those who find themselves in trackless, fearful wilderness– the children, the aged, the unprotected– be guarded by beneficent celestial’s, and may they swiftly attain the wisdom of Liberation or Buddhahood.
Firstly, who are we?
We call ourselves human beings and we see ourselves as the dominant species in this environment.

Is your posture killing you?
One is sometimes compelled to ask, what do we really know about ourselves, and in particular our bodies? Science has made a great many studies and come to a number of conclusions but are these conclusions correct?
Science and medicine in many ways constitutes an educated guess-work and when what some treatment works for a majority without actually causing apparent harm to most users or trailists, it becomes medicine. In many ways our ancestors had a better understanding of what was to be human in regard to our physical posture.
One of the recent contradictions in modern science has come from the x-rayed spines of so-called primitive or tribal people who live without the

A crime against humanity
Marriage is a global institution and if we step back into history there was a natural pairing off mostly between young men and women as they reached a balance of physical and mental maturity that enabled them to live happily and raise a family.
It is probable that there has always been some deviant or criminal behaviour within tribal groups but more so in the field of conquest. But the majority of the world’s population who had achieved a sense of balance and purpose in life would instinctively know when the time for marriage was right and this time was defined as when the girl is capable of bearing children and caring for them.

An age old practice
For the past 6000 years women have been second-class citizens although since the Industrial Revolution, it seems as if they have been allowed a degree of freedom. Allowed away from the kitchen and child-minding provided they look pretty and don’t have an opinion.
When times get tough women most often find themselves confined to the kitchen except on rare occasions as when back in the 1700’s, women stormed the palace of Versailles and demanded social equity. They didn’t get it then and it wasn’t long before French women became the most oppressed in Europe.
In today’s Middle Eastern war, it is the Kurdish and Yazidi women who have taken up weapons against daesh as have other

Reward for service or escapism
Sometimes we wish life could be more heavenly. but what is heaven and where do we find it? Across the Middle East during a time of growing desertification, Heaven was most often described as an idyllic paradise with lush gardens, an abundance of food and no responsibility, all one’s needs are taken care of.
If we look at the temple Art from north-west India across North Africa, it depicts this idyllic heaven as something akin to the mythical hanging Gardens of Babylon. So perhaps we can say that this was in response to harsh living conditions and indeed those with means either created their own miniature paradise or spread and conquered other lands.

Loss of health, delusion and addiction
Our love affair with sweets began when our parents used them as panaceas and bribes. When combined with untruths the result is often behavioural deviance.
One cannot categorically state that sugar is the root cause of all deviant behaviour, however it is a significant factor. The consumption of sugar as sweets gives a boost of sensory delight and energy that is addictive.
Food manufacturers know this and add sugar to most processed foods to keep people consuming their products.
Many of us as children were introduced to sweets and many of us continually pushed the margins for sweet rewards.

Slowing the decay
Oral hygiene and the prevention of tooth decay are priorities for most people and when it comes to dental care, treatments are expensive and seldom covered by insurance or national health care plans.
Most of us at some time in our lives will get some degree of tooth decay, cavities or even gum disease. The most common cause of tooth decay is the consumption of sugar. This substance is so toxic that young children given unlimited access to soft drinks even lose their baby teeth to decay and great numbers of teenagers lose their teeth due to sugar, and other dietary or lifestyle habits.
Other factors that increase the likelihood of cavities besides sugary foods and

Are The Roots of Crime Biological?
There are many theories about what makes people behave the way they do, but it comes down to a full belly, a stable family life and peace.
Adrian Raine, a pioneering neurocriminologist introduces the latest biological research into the causes of–and potential cures for–criminal behaviour. A few successful tests show that this approach can, indeed, work. On the island of Mauritius, for example, Raine and his colleagues provided extra nutrition, exercise and intellectual
