The New Face of Sexism

The perverse logic that women are always right

Youtube image

After an incident on June 6, 2016 a man was later convicted (march 2018) in Belgium of sexism in a public place for the first time sparking fresh debate about sexism and a call for similar new laws in other countries.

Before jumping in, lets remember that sexism or gender discrimination is a prejudice or discrimination based on a person’s sex or gender but it mostly pertains to control, contempt, negativity or hostility towards women and girls. According to Belgium law, sexism is defined as “every gesture or deed” that is “clearly meant to express contempt of a person based on sex,” or considers a person inferior based on

Women within Islam

The myth of social equity under Islam

The Quran says that men and women will be judged by Allah. This does not mean that they have equal rights and roles, or that they are judged by the same standards. There is no ambiguity in the Quran, the life of Muhammad, or Islamic law as to the inferiority of women to men, despite the effort of modern-day apologists to salvage Western-style feminism from scraps and fragments of verses that have historically yielded no such progressive interpretation.

After military conquests, Muhammad would dole out captured women as war booties or prizes to his men. In at least one case, he advocated that they be raped in front of their husbands. Captured women

The Windup Doll

The Women of today’s Iran

Iran like so many countries has a troubled history, it has fallen from its greatness as Persia, an empire related by Dharma to India. It was a principled country based on truth but after being conquered by Islam, it has degenerated into divisiveness and oppression. Oppression particularly against women and children.

Excerpts from Iran Oppresses Women

The main religion in Iran is currently Sunni Islamic. In the Quran (the Islamic holy book), it states that women may try to manipulate and distract men from making important political decisions. Women are said to be evil. To prevent these distractions, women often are forced to wear head coverings such as hijabs. They can

Polygamy under Islam

A base herd instinct

A religion’s purpose is to connect with God but Islam does anything but that. Instead it teaches men to abuse children, women and encourages slavery and above all treat them in the most inhuman way possible. Obviously social pictures of a few rich and famous show bejewelled women who look very lavish but the reality is very very different inside the veil.

Majority of Muslim women, as much as 89% suffer more than any other women born under any other social system or so called religious faith. On surface and text books, news media and public statements talk of great love and peace and nobility towards women. However the reality is that women are considered

Is God Exclusive?

How often do you get the idea that everyone believes that their idea of God is better than someone else’s? Yet fundamentally God has never risen beyond an idea because no identifiable and quantifiable entity as ever arisen in this world who can rightly be called God.

When we try and rationally understand what God might be, most broadly accepted idea is that it is the creative principal that generates all life. Some call God by names like Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu, Allah, others Yahweh, Jesus, Mohammed which all represent masculine aspects. Women are not left out, there are a wide range of goddesses across the eastern world who are curiously

Sufi’s are Not Necessarily Peaceful

Debunking the myth; Sufi’s can be terrorists

Jalaluddin Rumi said; “I looked for God. I went to a temple, and I didn’t find him there. Then I went to a church, and I didn’t find him there. And then I went to a mosque, and I didn’t find him there. And then finally I looked in my heart, and there he was.”

He again said; “A true Lover doesn’t follow any one religion, be sure of that. Since in the religion of Love, there is no irreverence or faith. When in Love, body, mind, heart and soul don’t even exist. Become this, fall in Love, and you will not be separated again.”

So we see Jalaluddin Rumi had his own

Women: Not Feminists

Modern feminism debunked

The dictionary definition of feminism is simply “believing in and working towards the economic, social, and political equality of the genders yet it has gone much further in practise. The modern leftist feminism has become yet another monster in the room.

Feminism has become become more about women dominating and controlling men yet it’s also become another thing to being hijacked by people with strong political views. Under the umbrella of feminism, feminists march on the streets demanding that presidents must go and their view of the world is correct and if you don’t like it, you’d better shut the fuck up because they’re right. But there are all sorts of feminists, some push for equal pay

Bikram Yoga

A misappropriation of yoga

Bikram Choudhury is the founder of the Yoga College of India and he ascribes a yoga exercise routine based on 26 postures performed in high temperatures making him the founder of ‘hot yoga’. He patented his name and always prosecutes people though today he has been disgraced.

Franchisees disillusioned with Bikram’s corporation have dropped out but retained elements like the heated room, but changed the Bikram name so as not to breech copyright. In 2006, he had 1,650 yoga studios around the world (up from 1,200 from the previous year)

The asanas in Bikram’s schools are the traditionally the same as in any school and he pushed the idea of exercising is a room heated to
