A historic realm
On the Mediterranean coast, Lebanon is bordered by Syria to the north and east with Israel to the south. The Israeli border south of Tyre is a conflict zone and you’d best keep away. The capital Beirut is still recovering from the last war and the bullet holes are still in evidence. The country has also been flooded with Syrian refuges so you must take care and keep to the official safe zones.
