Admission is expensive, but you can be there for the whole day or get a multi pass ticket. The complex also has a beauty therapy/massage service. For children there are cooler pools and a waterside. The complex usually closes at 9.00 pm.

A perfect day in Hanmer may be a stroll up conical hill before breakfast, followed by an adventure, then lunch and a soak in the pools before dining in one of the many restaurants. (The Conical Hill walk can be done in an hour).

There is a wide range of accommodation from backpackers upward.
