India : impressions of all times

“The visible world passing though the passage of time is continually changing and morphing into new forms, shapes, realities and surrealistic ideas.” We have evolved from being hunter gatherers and around the world people have evolved into a mixture of believers and seekers. The majority of people in India have always been seekers which gave rise to scientific enquiry leading to a clear understanding of the world.

At the core of this enquiry was the question “who am I?” In the modern world many people simply accept the religious or state-sponsored answer that an individual is a body and mind. But the serious Inquirer learns that body and mind physical, borrowed from the

Belief – A Redundant Idea

Updated from June 2016

As we think, so we become

Beliefs are the thoughts and convictions that we generally hold to be true, they are ideas without substance having no actual proof or evidence. Beliefs may contribute to or hinder our development and understanding of the world, and who we are.

People used to believe the earth was flat, but today we know it’s round from testimony and scientific consensus, or you maybe you have flown and seen the curvature of the Earth. The erroneous belief has been replaced by acquired or direct knowledge, therefore we no longer have to believe because we know. But so many were so attached to that particular belief, it took hundreds of years to

The Task of Reviving India

Sweeping educational changes and responsibility needed

To the casual observer and the European educated, this idea seems strange because India is a country that everyone chooses to mock without any clear rationale beyond this fact: that Islam and the colonialists having raped and pillaged the country have not been able to destroy what is quintessentially Hindu.

The word/name Hindu of course is an abbreviation of Hindustan referring to the geographic area and not what is seen as Hindu religion, another erroneous concept bandied about by experts whereas the proper term for Hindu spiritual understanding is Sanatana Dharma.

What is the problem of India and why does it need reviving?

India needs to be restored according to the precepts of Sanatana

Revising the Koran

An antique book overdue for an update

Anyone watching the news today will be familiar with Islamic fanatics rampaging with vehicles and using all manner of weapons to kill or maim generating fear and populations because this ideology is written into the Koran. The people who carry out acts falsely believe that this is the will of a Allah or God and they must convert every individual into believers and those who refused to convert ultimately must die.

In 2018, around 300 prominent French citizens, including former president Sarkozy, actors, singers and philosophers have written an open letter in which they declared that verses calling for ‘murder and punishment of Jews, Christians and disbelievers’ should be deleted on the

Hinduism Can Save The World #2

Because Hinduism addresses human needs

I would recommend that you read part one before continuing and remember that Hinduism or the more appropriate term of ‘Sanatana Dharma’ strictly speaking is not a religion but a way of life. Yet when we look at it as a religion, then it is monotheistic despite outward appearances and commentaries of the ignorant.

I would remind you that what is called Hinduism arose from two elements of human need beyond base survival. The first need was knowledge, to know ourselves and our relationship with our universe. The second need is how to live harmoniously and endure as a species.

One of the peculiarities of being human is our thirst for knowledge,

Debt - The Root of Suffering

And a form of self inflicted harm

It seems that the in today’s known world, every country and most individuals are in debt. This debt is the root cause of human suffering because the debtor is always obliged to serve the needs and wants of the creditor which equates as slavery.

It is thought that money evolved over the past 10,000 years and according to historian Paul Johnson, the lending of “food or seed money” was commonplace in Middle Eastern civilizations as early as 5000 BC leading to the idea of debt. For instance, when one community (group A) or even a family suffers a drought and neighbours (group B) step in providing them with the means of survival

The World That’s Coming

The modern spread of Islam

The future of all European women under Islam

For most people in this world, one of the most common dreams is for peace, happiness and prosperity. This applies to atheists, pagans and peoples of all religions and beliefs. Unfortunately a large percentage of our global population believes that peace, happiness and prosperity will only occur when everyone else conforms to their beliefs.

Beliefs regarding democracy and aspects of socialism have in fact created a reasonably stable order and conditions for people to live out their dreams and fantasies, but unfortunately many of these dreams and fantasies have come at other people’s expense.

For the Christians to be happy, everyone in the world must

Europe is Falling

And our urge for self destruction

Police under attack, Paris 2016

We call ourselves human beings, yet we spend much of our lives simply doing stuff and while we exist in what is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful locations in the universe, we are almost the only species that has such a self-destructive bent and destroys what is beautiful.

Through some very basic observation we know that millions of people take their own lives every year because for some reason, the suffering they experience in their own minds is intolerable. We can see large swathes of pristine nature being destroyed for profit. Much of what we create quickly becomes waste and this waste is returned to the environment

Lies; The New Truth

An inversion of values

By lmsunshine94 @ Tumblr

In as much as very few people know the absolute truth of existence, humanity has always had a sense of what is true, what is untrue and the need for truth in a relative way. Our entire legal framework is established on the precept that there is some truth as to what happened in a particular situation and that truth must be revealed to establish innocence or guilt.

For the ordinary people, truth was that we must eat to live, we must reproduce to sustain the population and we must perform certain activities and behave in certain ways to maintain social harmony. Beyond this, any other idea such as the existence

Beyond Belief

Grand delusions

What we know and what we believe are two entirely things. We know the sky is blue and the grass is green because we have direct experience and because we have direct experience, there is no need to believe because we know.

But with believe, we don’t know and we can never know until we have that definitive experience and until that time every belief is only a speculative theory.

There are some aspects of knowledge that like planet Earth being round we accept as truth because it is based on a collective testimony and when we question that understanding, that can be tested and proven as fact.

So let’s take God as an example of belief. Many
