An inward knowing

Meditation can be done in any comfortable position, you don’t have to sit like this.

Meditation is practised in all spiritual traditions and it sometimes occurs naturally making a pleasant space in our day. Engineering Your Life

A process finding the joy within

Does your mind always do as you expect or does it keep you on the run, stressed out and dying for a break? The human mind and the seat of our intelligence is a powerful tool and when used well can help to create a joyful life, but when it’s out of control it can create tremendous suffering.

Ideas for balance

“The loony fringes don’t represent a nation and the media is a cause for concern in the way it acts irresponsibly to shape public opinion.”

Sadhguru speaks on the topic of inclusion and the role of enlarging one’s identity to include a larger whole. Responding to a query about the state of the economy in Asia and India, he then touches upon how spirituality can have a positive impact on the leadership of the world.

“The battles in the world are between those with different ideas, it’s not about right and wrong, and the errors of belief.”
