Palestinians have been in the news as a result of their attacks on Israel and the propaganda machine that promotes Palestine as a historic entity occupied by Israel. Know one really knows the origins of the Palestinians but it's thought they were remnants of some Greek exiles or the roguish 'sea peoples referred to by the Egyptians and that they interbred with the Local Cannanite (Jewish) inhabitants before the arrival of Islam.

The word 'Palestine derives' from Philistia, the name given by Greek writers to the land of the Philistines, who in the 12th century BCE occupied a small pocket of land on the southern coast, between modern Tel Aviv-Yafo and Gaza. The Palestinians of today have been rejected by all Muslim countries except for Iran that supplies weapons and fuels hatred towards Israel and all the modern world. The much publicised ambition of the Palestinian people of today is 'the total extermination of all the Jews."
